Resumen

La onicodistrofia por hábito tic es una deformidad de la lámina ungueal, causada por el tic de traumatizar la cutícula del dedo pulgar. El trauma repetido en la porción media de la matriz ungueal ocasiona una depresión en la línea media de la uña afectada. Afecta preferentemente los pulgares. Se presenta el caso de una niña con este diagnóstico, surgido en los meses de confinamiento de la pandemia.
